Q. How much does UK postage cost
Small £5 - 25 Postage £2.99
Medium £25 - 60 Postage £3.99
Large £60 - £100 Postage £5.99

Q. How soon can I expect to receive my item
In the UK generally between 2-5 days.
Q. Do you deliver within the EU?
We can deliver the following products to countries within the EU - Cushions, Throws, Tea Towels and Table Linen.
If you are based in the EU and would like to order from us please contact us with details of what you would like to buy. We will confirm your order and send you an invoice on email which you can pay just like any other online purchase using your credit card or paypal.
EU Postage will be as follows
Purchase £9.95 - £50.00 Postage £4.99
Purchase £50.00 - £150.00 Postage £12.99
Purchase £150 and above Postage Contact us for an estimate
In general you should receive your item/s within 5-7 days of placing an order.
Q. Do you deliver anywhere else
At the moment we do not deliver outside the UK and EU
Q. What is your returns policy?
We hope you are delighted with your order but we do understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. Visit our contact us page and send us an email to let us know that you are returning an item, and the reason for returning it. Please quote your order/receipt number in this email.
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee provided the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition as the customer received it*. The 14-day money back guarantee commences from the date your order was placed. Please note any / all costs incurred through shipping are strictly non‐refundable and that the customer bears all return shipping costs.
You can post the item back to us by Royal Mail. We would recommend that you get a proof of postage from the post office when you do this.

Q. How do I return a faulty or damaged item?
If an item is received in a damaged condition please notify Plum Chutney immediately. Visit our contact us page and send us an email to let us know that you have received a damaged item and please describe the damage.
We will reply with instructions for returning the product. We will ensure that we deal with your return as quickly as possible, and if necessary refund or replace your purchase once we receive the item back into stock. Any postage costs associated with returning your order will also be refunded.
